Masjid Baitul Futuh dikelola oleh Jamaah Islam Ahmadiyah salah satu komunitas Muslim tertua di Britania.

Program Radio BBC Any Questions? akan disiarkan langsung dari Masjid di Baitul Futuh Morden, Surrey, hari ini.

Any Questions?, Yang diketuai oleh Jonathan Dimbleby (foto disamping), adalah suatu acara diskusi hangat di mana para narasumber dari berbagai kalangan seperti dunia politik, media dll diajukan pertanyaan oleh para penonton.

Para narasumber tersebut diantaranya: Polly Toynbee, kolumnis untuk The Guardian dan presiden dari Asosiasi Kebijakan Sosial; Shadiq Khan, Menteri Negara untuk Transportasi; Simon Hughes, anggota parlemen Demokrat Liberal Southwark Utara dan Bermondsey; dan Daniel hannan,tokoh konservatif untuk wilayah Tenggara.

Rafiq Hayat, presiden Asosiasi Muslim Ahmadiyah Inggris, mengatakan dia yakin ituprogram ini adalah program pertama yang di siarkan dari sebuah masjid.

Dia menambahkan: "Kami sangat senang menjadi tuan rumah Any Questions? Dan untuk membawa orang ke dalam masjid. Ini adalah bagian dari etos kami untuk bersikap terbuka dan ramah dan terlibat dengan semua komunitas.

"Komunitas kami didasarkan pada keyakinan: 'cinta untuk semua, kebencian tidak untuk siapapun', dan penting bagi kita untuk mengartikulasikan pesan khusus ini pada saat opini publik terhadap Islam berada pada surut yang rendah tersebut."

Baitul Futuh adalah kompleks masjid terbesar di Eropa Barat, mampu menahan lebih dari 10.000 jamaah.

Any Questions? mengudara secara langsung setiap Jumat malam pukul 8pm dan siaran ulang pada 1.00pm hari sabtu.

The BBC Radio Four panel programme Any Questions? is to be broadcast live from the Baitul Futuh Mosque in Morden, Surrey, today.
Any Questions?, chaired by Jonathan Dimbleby, is a topical discussion in which a panel of personalities from the worlds of politics, media and elsewhere are posed questions by the audience.
The panel is expected to include: Polly Toynbee, columnist for The Guardian and president of the Social Policy Association; Sadiq Khan, Minister of State for Transport and Labour MP for Tooting; Simon Hughes, Liberal Democrat MP for North Southwark and Bermondsey; and Daniel Hannan, Conservative MEP for the South-east region.
Baitul Futuh is run by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, one of the oldest Muslim communities in Britain.
Rafiq Hayat, president of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UK, said he believed it was the first time Any Questions? had been hosted in a mosque.
He added: "We are delighted to host Any Questions? and to bring people into our mosque. It is part of our ethos to be open and welcoming and to engage with all communities.
"Our community is based on the belief: 'love for all, hatred for none', and it is important for us to articulate this distinctive message at a time when public opinion towards Islam is at such a low ebb."
Baitul Futuh is the biggest mosque complex in western Europe, capable of holding more than 10,000 worshippers.
Any Questions? goes out live each Friday evening at 8pm and is repeated at 1.10pm on Saturday.
